Our farm is located in the Blue Hills Reservation near Houghtons Pond. The adress of the farm is 11 Blue Hill River Rd and it is both on Milton and Canton territory. Once on 93, take exit 2B/138N, Milton.  Take a right at the light (Blue Hill River Rd), across from Dunkin Donuts and Gas stations. Go 1/4 mile and Brookwood Farm is on the right, just after Meditech.  There is a DCR sign and an abondoned red house.  Turn in there and park in the lot on the right.  Walk down the paved driveway and the community farm's market garden is on the right, behind the shed and sugar house.
